The Special Economic Zone of Moscow «Technopolis Moscow» summed up the results of the competition among its residents. MERI received two awards at once for winning in the nominations of the 'Technowork' project: for significant contribution to personnel development in the technological field and for non-standard solutions in personnel management in 2025.

The 'Technowork' project was created by Technopolis Moscow (the Special Economic Zone of Moscow) and is aimed at finding qualified personnel for high-tech companies. More than 70 residents of the special economic zone have already joined the project. In 2025 MERI actively participated in the project, offering new opportunities for professional growth for specialists.

The award in the 'Code of the Future' category was presented to MERI for creating the best conditions for starting the careers of young specialists and students, well-thought-out and structured internship programs, active recruitment of graduates and students, and the development of mentorship.

MERI was recognized with an award in the category 'HR Strategist' for the use of new technologies in HR, the implementation of unique projects for staff motivation and evaluation as well as creative internship formats.

This recognition demonstrates that MERI’s program 'We do not poach, we develop' is a quality working tool that covers the entire cycle of professional development for new specialists.
