MERI is in the TOP-100 best employers in Russia

According to largest Russian HR portal HeadHunter MERI JSC, the leading research and development center, a part of Element Holding, was recognized one of the best employers in Russia.
The company was included in the TOP-100 "Best employers in Russia" rating among medium-sized companies, and in the "Science and Education" section MERI took second place. More than 900 Russian companies took part in the rating.

The rating includes an external assessment – applicants’ opinion; an internal assessment – employees’ opinion and one more assessment – the effectiveness of the HR department.
The voting was held on the website and other information resources based on the methodology approved by Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VTsIOM). The internal assessment – MERI employees’ opinion - was determined by an anonymous survey of satisfaction, loyalty and support for the initiatives of the MERI management. The effectiveness of the company's HR functions was assessed by external experts, taking into account the recommendations of the consultants of PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia B.V.

More than 600 high-qualified specialists work for MERI, including 4 academicians and 2 corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, about 70 doctors and candidates of sciences. MERI employees are regularly awarded governmental and departmental awards. Many specialists have experience in implementing the most complex technological projects at the national level.

The managing holding Element Group of Companies, which includes MERI, took the 7th place in the category "Most highly developed HR processes" of the rating "Top 100 best employers in Russia". The category was formed based on the results of a survey of HR specialists - they answered questions about the internal processes of the company, talked about the projects being implemented and the details of hiring.

Oksana Kukharchuk, a member of the Board, Vice President for Human Resources of Element Group of Companies noted that Element actively develops HR processes at its manufacturing and scientific enterprises and uses modern approaches to personnel management: “We are implementing modern projects aimed at improving the human resources, developing best practices to strengthen culture and organizational structures.
