GRADUATE AWARDS 2025

Graduate Awards (online festival of competitive projects for working with schoolchildren, students and young professionals) with the support of Molecular Electronics Research Institute was held as a part of the XIII Graduate–2025 forum.

Graduate is a platform for highlighting the best HR practices in personnel management and strengthening the employer brand among talented youth. The project includes an international conference and the all-Russian competition for the best projects working with graduates and beginning professionals. This year the competition was held for the tenth time with more than 50 major Russian companies participating, presenting their initiatives.

Deputy General Director for Organizational Development and Human Resource Management at MERI Liliana Polikarpova joined the expert jury and evaluated projects in the field of working with young professionals from the largest companies in the labor Russian market – SIBUR, Samolet Group, MTS Digital System, Gazprom Neft Company, Severstal and others. The experience accumulated at MERI in implementing projects aimed at the student audience has made it possible to strengthen the expert jury of the competition, objectively evaluate the contestants' applications and provide feedback to optimize the submitted projects.

«Microelectronics is one of the fundamental sectors of the modern economy. It underlies practically all technological achievements. For the successful functioning and further development of this field, highly qualified personnel with deep knowledge and modern skills are extremely important. Young specialists who have undergone training and preparation at MERI become carriers of relevant knowledge and already possess practical skills that can be applied at work. They are capable of quickly adapting in the work environment and making a significant contribution to the development of new technologies, the improvement of product quality, and the enhancement of production processes», noted Liliana Polikarpova.

MERI implements a number of programs and projects aimed at attracting and developing young scientists and engineers. The institute has developed more than 30 programs for university faculty, in which training is regularly conducted and internships and practical work for students are organized annually. In 2024, 237 students from technical universities and colleges underwent internships and practical training at MERI. The School of Young Scientists is actively developing, a mentoring program is in place, professional skills competitions are held and support for innovative projects is provided.
