Molecular Electronics Research Institute develops cooperative relations

Representatives of MERI (part of the Element Group of Companies, MOEX:ELMT) held negotiations with a number of industry enterprises and organizations in Minsk as part of the business mission of the «Center for Export, Industry and Investment Support «Mosprom». MERI is expanding contacts in the areas of clean materials development and the creation and mastering of specialized technological equipment.

As part of the «INNOPROM. Belarus» exhibition, a meeting on cooperation issues was held with the advisor of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as with representatives of the «Minsk Research Institute of Radiomaterials» and the «Center for LED and Optoelectronic Technologies».

With representatives of the scientific and industrial holding «Planar», producing technological equipment for microelectronics, and the «Integral» plant, one of the largest producers of ICs in the EAEU, issues of cooperation in the interests of increasing the scientific and technical potential of the countries were considered.

«We consider the cooperation between MERI and «Center for Export, Industry and Investment Support «Mosprom» is an important driver for the development of our enterprise's foreign economic relations, especially in traditionally friendly countries such as Belarus where in addition to the previously established chains of cooperation new areas of joint work have emerged. The International Industrial Trade Fair «INNOPROM. Belarus» has become a platform for discussing key issues of industrial development, technology exchange and promotion of joint projects», said Yulia Manzhura, Head of the Department of Industry Cooperation and Public Sector Relations of MERI.

Thanks to funding from «Mosprom» for business missions and participation in the «INNOPROM» exhibitions, MERI has the opportunity to present its solutions in the markets of friendly countries. Previously MERI participated in business missions in the countries of Central Asia and the Middle East made by «Mosprom».
